Whilst each fabric varies, most of our jumbo cord fabric will have the following qualities. However, be sure to check the individual product listing to see the exact attributes for that specific product:

• Usage – Dressmaking, Dresses, Jumpers, Cardigans  . .
• Weight – Around 200gsm
• Wash & Care – Typically cool wash.
• Width – Typically around 140cm
• Composition – Normally 100% Cotton
• Stretch % – Typically Around 30% but check the individual product specification for exact stretch.
• Unit Sold – Sold by the metre

Pointelle knit fabric refers to a jersey with miniature holes sewed in to the fabric. These often form the shape of chevrons giving the fabric its unique look.

These miniature holes also add to jersey fabric’s breathability making it the ideal dress fabric for spring and summer.
